How I use DXA Body Composition
to track my wellness progress.

Booking a DXA scan two times a year has helped me track progress towards my goal of losing body fat and gaining/keeping muscle mass. I've been using this as a wellness tool for over five years and cannot recommend it enough.
The number on the scale can be deceiving - sustainable changes in body composition happen over a period of time with consistency and progression. I have loved being able to measure how effective my nutrition, workouts, sleep and stress management are by using this in-depth report to check in at least twice a year.
